Agreement wherein Washington Township (Warren County) provides UCC services to Mansfield Township. Both municipalities are orginal members of the Warren-Morris Council of Governments.

Court Agreement

Shared Court Agreement wherein Mansfield Township provides facilities and personnel to Washington Township (Warren County) for a contractual amount. Both municipalities are founding members of the Warren-Morris Council of Governments.

Extension of Shared Court Agreement wherein Mansfield Township provides facilities and personnel to Washington Township (Warren County) for a contractual amount. Both municipalities are founding members of the Warren-Morris Council of Governments.

Court Agreement - Municipalities in Different Counties

An agreement to share municipal court facilities, personnel and resources between Washington Township in Morris County, the provider, and Califon Borough in Hunterdon County. Washington Township is a founding member of the Warren-Morris Council of Governments.

Court Agreement - Three Municipalities

Interlocal Agreement wherein the Township of Oxford joins the existing shared court of the Township of Mansfield and Township of Washington in Warren County

Dispatch Services

Provision of dispatch services by the Township of Washington, Morris County, to Chester Borough, the Chester First Aid Squad and the Chester Volunteer Fire Company. Washington Township is a founding member of the Warren-Morris Council of Governments.

Housing Rehabilitation Agreement

Agreement between Mansfield Township and the County of Warren Housing Program. The county administers the township's housing rehabilitations designed to meet the township's COAH requirements in exchange for a set amount paid per rehabilitation. Mansfield Township is a founding member of the Warren-Morris Council of Governments.

Joint Purchase of Paving Equipment

Agreement between Washington Borough, Washington Township and Franklin Township to purchase paving equipment, authorizing resolutions and article on joint-purchasing. Washington Borough and Washington Township are both founding members of the Warren-Morris Council of Governments.

Police Services

Interlocal Agreement wherein the Township of Washington, Morris County, provides police services to the Borough of Califon. Washington Township is a founding member of the Warren-Morris Council of Governments.

Salt Storage/Purchase

Agreement wherein the Township of Mansfield purchases and picks up salt from the State Department of Transportation which has a salt barn in the township. This agreement has made it unnecessary for the township to construct its own salt barn which could have cost an estimated $170,000. Mansfield Township is a foudning member of the Warren-Morris Council of Governments.

Street Sweeping Services

Contract wherein the Town of Hackettstown provides to the Township of mansfield Street Sweeping services for a contracual amount. Both municipalities are founding members of the Warren-Morris Council of Governments.
