Municipalities and County to Share Document Management System

As a result of a study undertaken by the five members of the Warren-Morris Council of Governments (the Town of Hackettstown, Borough of Washington Township of Mansfield and Township of Washington), Warren County has agreed to enter into a shared service arrangement for document management.
Warren County has agreed to provide the use of software, licenses, a VPN client and the use of existing storage space at no cost. The municipalities will be responsible for the sharing of the cost of any future storage expansion and purchase of any hardware they may need. The current software, licenses, VPN client, and a portion of the current hardware used by the county was funded through the PARIS grant program.
